Empower Growth

About Me
Hi, I’m Dr. Elizabeth— an NHS Doctor and certified health coach, passionate about helping people take control of their wellbeing from the inside out.

Through nearly two decades of medical practice, I have seen firsthand how lifestyle impacts people's health and wellbeing. While traditional medicine offers effective treatment for many conditions, it often leaves limited time to address the deeper causes of fatigue, stress, and imbalance that so many people experience. My work as a health coach bridges that gap — combining evidence-based medical insight with practical, personalised guidance that supports lasting change. I help men and women in their 30's, 40's and beyond to create sustainable habits to achieve their health and wellness goals so that they thrive in life.

My Approach
My coaching approach is grounded in medical knowledge and guided by a holistic understanding of health. Together, we explore the interconnected areas of your wellbeing — including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and emotional health — to create sustainable habits that enhance energy, focus, and resilience. Each programme is tailored to your unique needs and goals. For women in perimenopause/menopause, this may mean understanding hormonal changes and restoring vitality; for men, it may focus on reducing stress, improving performance, and maintaining balance during demanding life stages.

My Philosophy
Health isn’t just the absence of illness — it’s the presence of energy, balance, and joy in your everyday life. My mission is to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild your confidence, and rediscover what thriving feels like. I believe in simplicity, nature and accountability to empower you to achieve your optimal lifestyle.
